平成10年に開発した、八丁撚糸をタテ糸に使ったジョーゼット風の変りちりめんです。
軽さとシャリ感のある風合いを持ち、単衣の季節から夏にかけてお楽しみいただけます。夏用にもかかわらず高級友禅が施せます。
染めの鮮やかな発色の良さも特徴です。NHK「美の壺（夏の友禅）」で紹介されました。
